02/16/09: Westmor Increases Truck Tank Capacity to Accommodate Refined Fuel Demand

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Westmor Industries, a leading manufacturer of petroleum and liquid-handling equipment, recently designed and assembled its largest ever Truck Tank, extending the company’s product range up to 7,000 gallons.  The increased volume allows users to service more customers per load.

Each unit is manufactured with a Grenada-style tank trailer.  These linear-shaped models are designed with a low center of gravity, features which reduce the chance of rollovers and prevent sloshing inside the tank.  In addition, attention to weld consistencies and innovative press brake formed heads prevent premature cracks and leaks, and add strength to the overall stability of the vessel.

Popular features of all Westmor Truck Tanks include side or rear delivery, versatile product compartments, work lights, a lowered meter floor and a completely enclosed rear equipment compartment.  Each unit is built to exceed DOT 406 specifications.

Headquartered in Morris, Minnesota, Westmor Industries designs and manufactures a full line of petroleum and liquid-handling parts and equipment for a variety of industries including petroleum, propane, biofuels, government, transportation and agronomy.
