FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Westmor Industries, a leading manufacturer of petroleum and liquid handling equipment, celebrates with the state of North Dakota after lawmakers there recently passed a biofuel blender pump funding bill. The legislation, which allocates $5,000 to retailers for each blender pump they install, is aimed at helping the state take another step towards energy independence.
Since installing America’s first blender pump used for ethanol, Westmor has led the industry putting in more than 85% of the dispensers currently in use throughout the country.
To better define the technology and help you understand how other states have benefited from similar legislation, our own blender pump specialist, Steve Kleespies, is available to speak on the subject. Mr. Kleespies has been at the forefront of blender pump technology:
- 30 year petroleum industry veteran
- Technical background in fueling systems
- Long promoter of blender pump use to help further ethanol marketing
- Worked with officials in South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and North Dakota to lay the ground work for blender use in each state
- Attended numerous workshops and tradeshows to showcase the technology and how it is used in the marketplace
To speak with Mr. Kleespies, contact him directly by one of the methods below. We will be happy to help you better understand the exciting changes and new opportunities North Dakota has in its future.
