The Speed
Border States serves a large customer base in western Minnesota and eastern South Dakota. With almost 20 pumps at their three locations, it’s important that when something goes down, the service is quick to respond with solutions that work.

“When our pumps are down, you don’t want to wait a long time and you certainly don’t want cars backed up,” says manager, Kim Sykora. “These guys are efficient, very knowledgeable and timely. Very rarely am I calling back about the same problem. It’s fixed right the first time.”

The Phone
For an even quicker response, Border States has signed on to our yearly phone support agreements. When a problem occurs, they’re able to call in and work together with our technical operators to solve the problems themselves.

“We do a lot over the phone,” Sykora said. “It’s nice to know we’ve done everything we can ourselves before a service technician is dispatched. Phone support has saved us a lot of money through the years.”

The Relationship
“There’s no goofing off, they come equipped with good equipment and everyone is so professional,” she said. “We work so well together that I’ve even developed some friends at Westmor.”
