Built for USP-grade additive injection

For injecting small volumes of additives into USP grade alcohol, this skid is designed for exact measurement at low flow rates, ideal for small additive volumes. Corrosion-resistant stainless components and a low-maintenance layout help support uptime, and the skid arrives fully assembled, pre-wired, and tested.

Standard Features

  • Vertical, painted steel skid with over/under channel base
  • Stainless steel pumping package (gear pump + mag drive)
  • Baldor motor with explosion-proof starter (on/off + hand switch)
  • Threaded inlets/outlets with isolation ball valves
  • Inlet strainer (mesh basket) and outlet check valve
  • Stainless steel pressure gauge
    2–7 GPM flow rates for small additive amounts
  • Nominal-speed operation for precise measurement
  • Configurable with multiple inlets/outlets/spares for expansion
  • Ships fully assembled, pre-wired, and tested
