Worry-FREE Maintenance is a free reminder service for Westmor customers designed to take the stress out of staying on top of fuel site upkeep and compliance deadlines. We’ll send reminders for upcoming inspections, testing, and warranty deadlines, starting about six weeks before they’re due, so you have time to plan and schedule service if needed. And when a reminder requires action, you can rely on Westmor’s team to help coordinate and complete the work at your location.
Stay ahead of warranty end dates so you can verify proper operation and check major components before coverage runs out.
Get notified when required testing and inspections are due at your site.
Frequency: Annually (to meet state requirements for pressurized systems).
Clean fuel matters. We’ll help you set a filter replacement cadence based on your site’s fuel flow and dispenser activity.
Frequency: At a minimum, annually. Call us for a site-specific recommendation or default to annual.
Receive reminders to check that your sacrificial metal is still preventing corrosion on the metal surfaces you’re protecting.
Frequency: Every 3 years, and within 6 months of a repair.
Accurate calibration protects customer trust and helps ensure you’re dispensing and being paid for the correct amount of product.
